    Designed by the Turull Sorensen studio and our Architecture team, the concept of Utopicus José Abascal is based on the emblematic Topkapi Palace in Istanbul, something that is reflected in the distribution of the floors and in the shapes and colors present throughout the space.

    It has private offices for companies of any size, meeting and training rooms, Working Pass and 4 large meeting places that you can discover as you walk through its corridors full of rhythm and color.

    Additionally, this building boasts a BREEAM Good and Excellent certificate for sustainability.
