Secretary service
In addition to the tax address service, which includes mail and package handling and which you can now include in your rate – unless you have already hired it separately – Utopicus can also offer you a wide variety of secretarial services to make your day-to-day a little easier:
- Schedule management: confirm and/or cancel last-minute appointments.
- Expense records: log invoices and expenses.
- Draw up estimates and invoices using templates.
- Personal assistant: book flights, tickets, hotels, restaurants, etc.
- Mail and/or packages hand-delivered to your desk.
- Other tasks may also be included in this service.
This service is available during regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00.
